MP Julian Leeser (a coalition federal MP from Epping) has made a statement in federal Parliament condemning attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh. Julian has been a friend of Hindus in Australia and has been instrumental in establishing the first even Cenotaph commemorating the sacrifices made by Indians during the World wars.
