Celebrate our age-old traditions and take them forward to the younger generation to practice Sanatana Dharma.<\/p>\n
HCA started this walk in 2012 t not just to continue the tradition of pilgrimage on foot but also to get the Hindu youth to join in and participate in the traditions.\u00a0 We had walkers as young as 8 years and as old as 80 years who walked all the way to Helensburgh.<\/p>\n
It is spiritual, social and exercise at the same time. Your hard work will pay off when you take the darshan of the Swamy and participate in the aarti arranged specially for the walkers.<\/p>\n

Devotees can join either at Sydney Murugan temple or Shirdi Sai temple and finish the walk at either\u00a0 Sai temple or Sri Venkateshwara temple.<\/p>\n Please pass the information among your family and friends.<\/p>\n Donations are welcome<\/p>\n Note \u2013 Hindu Council of Australia organises\u00a0 The Walk to Temple event called PAADA YATRA, with approvals from relevant authorities and local councils.
